Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Tech Giants Inc., a Florida corporation ("Tech Giants," "we," "us"). They cover crisspofficial.com, its members‑only tools, and the RohTrack lighting software and its paid plans (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign‑in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Don't share or resell access.

2. RohTrack plans

• Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly are subscriptions. They give your account access to RohTrack, including updates, the preset show library and AI light shows, for as long as the subscription is active.
• Lifetime is a one‑time purchase. It gives your account access to RohTrack, including updates, for as long as Tech Giants offers RohTrack. If we ever stop offering RohTrack, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
• Plans give you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use RohTrack. We keep all rights in the software. Don't copy, resell, reverse‑engineer or redistribute it.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
• Payments are processed through Stripe’s Managed Payments service. For these purchases, Link (a Stripe company) acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it collects the payment and any sales tax, sends your receipts, and handles payment support. Charges appear as LINK.COM* ROHTRACK. Your licence to use RohTrack is with Tech Giants Inc.
• By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current price, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
• If we change a subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause paid features until it succeeds.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by opening a support ticket. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the songs, videos, images, rigs and shows you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Services for you, including generating AI light shows from your audio.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Media you add to a show's screens may be stored at a public web address so it can play back; don't add anything you need to keep private.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attack or overload our systems, get around access controls or usage limits, or share your account. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Lighting and laser safety

• RohTrack sends control signals to lighting equipment you own and operate. You are responsible for installing, rigging and operating that equipment safely and for following its manufacturer's instructions and all laws that apply to you.
• Lasers can cause eye injury. Never aim lasers at people's eyes, at aircraft or at reflective surfaces. In the United States, showing lasers to an audience may require an FDA variance; check the rules where you perform.
• Strobe and flashing effects can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Warn your audience when needed.
• Room maps, avoid zones, previews and AI‑generated shows are aids, not safety devices. Always test a show and supervise your rig while it runs.
• We don't guarantee that RohTrack works with every fixture or DMX interface.

8. AI light shows

AI light shows are generated automatically. They may not match your expectations or your rig perfectly, and you should review a show before using it live. AI light shows are included with paid plans for personal and professional use, subject to fair use: we may slow down or limit unusually heavy or automated use to keep the service working for everyone.

9. Changes to the Services

We improve RohTrack over time and may add, change or remove features. We won't remove the core features of a plan you've paid for during a paid period without offering a pro‑rated refund.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tech Giants and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, equipment, or injury arising from the use of lighting or laser equipment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Tech Giants from claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your operation of lighting and laser equipment.

13. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections 5, 7 and 10–15 survive after your account ends.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami‑Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

15. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update the date above. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will email you before it takes effect.
