Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026 · applies to crisspofficial.com, RohTrack and its other tools (The Lab)
crisspofficial.com and its tools are owned and operated by Tech Giants Inc., a Florida corporation (“Tech Giants,” “we,” “us”). This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: open a support ticket.
Accounts and sign-in
You can browse the site without an account. To use members-only tools (such as RohTrack, CMAC Disk, the Mac Health Checkup or AI Resource Hub) you create a free account with your email and a password, or with Sign in with Google.
- With email sign-up we store your email address, your name if you give one, and a securely hashed password.
- With Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- We keep a record of which members-only areas you asked for and which ones you were approved for, plus any note you send with a request.
This information is used only to sign you in, decide what you can use, and contact you about your account. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
What you create in the tools
Some tools save your work to your account so you can open it again — for example RohTrack lighting rigs, room maps and light shows. That data belongs to you and is only visible to you (and to Tech Giants staff for support). Tools like the Arrow Annotator and Video Clip Tool run entirely in your browser; your files are never uploaded.
Payments
If you buy a RohTrack plan, your payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, billing country and postal code, the card brand and last four digits, and the status of your purchases and subscription, so we can give you access, send receipts and help with billing questions. Stripe uses this information under its own privacy policy. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Support tickets
When you open a support ticket we store your email address, your name if you give one, your messages and our replies, which tool or page you were on, and your browser type, so we can answer and keep the conversation in one place. If you aren’t signed in, your browser keeps a private link to your tickets. Tickets are only visible to you and to Tech Giants staff.
Newsletter
If you join the mailing list we store the email address and Instagram handle you enter, only to send updates about new music and releases. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Analytics
The site keeps simple, first-party visit statistics (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region from your time zone, and which links are clicked). No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers are used. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also record basic, privacy-focused traffic statistics.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run the site: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (hosting), Cloudinary (images and video), Stripe (payments), and Google (only if you choose Sign in with Google). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
- See your account and what you have access to at crisspofficial.com/account.
- Ask for your account and saved data to be deleted, or for a copy of it, by opening a support ticket (signed in, so we know it’s you), or by mail to Tech Giants Inc., 9710 SW 138th Ave, Building L, Miami, FL 33186, USA.
- If you used Google sign-in you can also remove the site's access at any time from your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.
Security and retention
Data is stored with access rules that limit each person to their own information, and connections are encrypted. Account data is kept while your account exists and removed when you ask us to delete it.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
