Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown, every month or every year, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Every plan includes the preset show library and AI light shows. AI shows are subject to fair use so the service stays fast for everyone.

Is RohTrack a download?

No. It runs in your browser at crisspofficial.com/rohtrack after you sign in. Your DMX output stays on your own computer and USB interface.

What does "Lifetime" mean?

One payment gives one account access to RohTrack, including updates, the preset shows and AI light shows, for as long as Tech Giants Inc. offers RohTrack.

What shows are included?

Every plan comes with 10+ ready‑made light shows set to music, and we add more over time. You can also upload your own song and have RohTrack build a show around it.

How do I cancel?

From your account page (“Manage billing”), at link.com, or by opening a support ticket. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.

Who will I see on my card statement?

Charges appear as LINK.COM* ROHTRACK. Payments are processed through Stripe’s Managed Payments service, with Link (a Stripe company) as the reseller and merchant of record, so receipts come from Link. You can also see your orders and manage subscriptions at link.com.
