Drag the handle (or click on the waveform) to set where the audio should begin. Everything to the left is removed so the clip starts right on that point.
Vocal Quantize
Line up an ad-lib/dub to a lead vocal by warping its timing to match. Click the guide clip (the lead) on the timeline — drag a range over just the word if you like — then Capture Guide. Then click the dub/ad-lib clip and Capture Dub. Then Align. This panel stays clickable-through so you can pick clips behind it.

🔌 Native Plugin Bridge ● offline
Use your real VST3 (Win/Mac) and AU (Mac) plugins in CRISSP. A tiny helper app runs on your computer and hosts the plugins; CRISSP talks to it over a local connection. Nothing leaves your machine.
Not connected? Open the CRISSP Bridge app on your computer, wait for its window (press its one setup button the first time), then click Connect above.
To use a plugin: select an audio clip → ⚙ Process → VST / AU Plugin (render clip). It runs the clip through your real plugin and prints the result (undoable). Note: this is a render/print tool — great for committing an effect to a clip. Live mixing through native plugins comes with the native CRISSP app.

Sample rate & buffer changes restart the audio engine. The engine always mixes in 32-bit float; bit depth applies to recorded/exported files.
AUDIO / CONTROL
Pulls recorded takes earlier to cancel input/output delay so they land on the beat. Recording on AirPods / Bluetooth? If takes still play late, switch to Manual and raise this until they line up (AirPods ≈ 150–200 ms).
